Indoor Padel Ireland is a brand-new facility opening this Summer, bringing the world’s fastest-growing racket sport to Meath. Our mission is to create a welcoming, energetic, and professional environment where players of all levels can enjoy padel through coaching, social play, and events.

We are now seeking a qualified and motivated Padel Coach to join our team and help build a thriving padel community in Navan.

Role Overview

As a Padel Coach at Indoor Padel Ireland, you will deliver structured coaching sessions and support the club with social play, events, and community activities.

The role requires availability 7 days per week, with the coach rostered 5 days per week, including evenings and weekends.

Alongside coaching duties, the successful candidate will assist with Front of House operations, ensuring the facility runs smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• 1-to-1 coaching
• Group sessions
• Junior programmes
• Assist in developing coaching programmes, academies, and player pathways
• Support and engage with social play, leagues, tournaments, and club events
• Work together with management to promote padel locally and help attract new players to the sport
• Provide excellent customer service to members and visitors
• Assist with Front of House duties including:
• Customer check-ins
• Basic bookings support
• Equipment hire and setup
• Maintaining a welcoming club atmosphere
• Contribute to social media and content creation (where appropriate)

Requirements

• Recognised Padel Coaching Qualification
• Experience in padel coaching
• Willingness to relocate to Navan, Co. Meath if not currently local
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (good English language skills are required)
• Enthusiasm for teaching and growing the sport of padel
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Social media/content creation skills a strong advantage
